This welcome page is a great resource to assist you in making the most of your Sportrock membership.

If you are not currently a member and are interested in signing up you can find our membership offerings here!

Member Benefits:

Guest Passes:

Standard Guest Passes:
 

  • Each member will receive one guest pass per month.
    Your first guest pass is available immediately upon signing-up for a membership.

  • If you don’t use your guest pass within the month, it will expire and will be replaced with a new one the next month.

  • Each member of a household account will receive their own monthly guest pass. So for instance, a household account of two members will receive two separate guest passes each month.

  • Rentals are not included as part of the standard guest passes.
     

UNLIMITED First Time Visitor Guest Passes:
 

  • UNLIMITED first time visitor guest passes for all members. That's right - unlimited!

  • First time visitor passes will include rentals.

  • These unlimited passes are exclusive to individuals visiting Sportrock for the first time.

Find Your Community

Sportorck has several amazing programs to get you established in the community and linked up with quality climbing partners:

  • "Looking for Belays" is a group to swap belays and link up with climbing partners.

  • New Member Clinics are great ways to climb with and meet new members!

  • Girl Beta is our monthly meetup to help women in the community find other women to climb with.

MEMBERSHIP CHANGE REQUESTS

  • Sportrock does not accept phone, in-person, or faxed requests. This is to ensure that your change request has been processed and that both you and Sportrock have documentation of the request.

  • Any requests must be submitted prior to the 1st of the month in which the change request is to take effect. For example, if you would like to freeze your account for January 1st, the change request must be submitted by December 31st.

  • Sportrock does not accept late requests and cannot make situational exceptions. Any request received on the 1st or after will be processed for the following billing cycle.

  • All requests will be confirmed via email within 72 hours of the request. If you do not receive a confirmation, we have not received your request and it will not be processed.

  • Please ensure that your contact information on file is kept updated.
